Most people in business know Rich through Windy City Wire—a company he built from the ground up and ultimately sold for nearly half a billion dollars. He and his co-founder believed the wire and cable business could be better, smarter, more innovative, and more honest with its customers, and when management wasn't interested in hearing it, they went out and proved it themselves.
